Rexburg, Idaho
Prenatal massage in Rexburg.
Side-lying, fully bolstered massage tailored for expecting mothers - focused on the low back, hips, and feet carrying the extra load.

Pregnancy shifts your center of mass forward and loads the low back, hips, and feet in ways they were never asked to handle. Prenatal massage relieves that load safely, in a side-lying position with pillows supporting the belly, knees, and top arm. There are no face-down tables and no belly cutouts - proper bolstering is both safer and far more comfortable.
Sessions focus on the areas that actually complain during pregnancy: the quadratus lumborum and glutes feeding low back and sciatic-type discomfort, the upper back and neck compensating for changing posture, and swollen feet and ankles that respond well to gentle circulatory work.
For your safety, hot stones, hot towels, deep abdominal work, and certain essential oils are omitted from prenatal sessions. If your pregnancy is high-risk or your provider has given you restrictions, bring those to your intake and we will work within them.
