Policies

Last updated: November 2025. This page is maintained by Teton River Massage Therapy to answer common questions about privacy, booking, and how we work with clients.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to schedule and provide your session: your name, contact information, appointment details, and any health notes you choose to share on your intake form. We do not sell or rent your information.

Booking, payment, and client records are managed through our scheduling provider (Somelo). Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on this website. Our site uses Google Search Console and basic analytics to understand traffic; these tools may set cookies. Chat and reviews widgets embedded on the site are served by third parties subject to their own policies.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing booking@trdayspa.com.

Terms of service

By booking a session you agree to these terms. Services are provided by licensed massage therapists in Idaho. Prices, session lengths, and availability are subject to change; the current menu on this site controls at the time of booking.

Content on this site is provided as-is for informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teton River Massage Therapy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

Cancellation & no-show

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full session price at our discretion. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

If you are running late, please call (208) 243-5184. Sessions that start late still end at the scheduled time.

Health disclaimer

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury or surgery, or take medication that affects circulation or bleeding, please consult your physician before booking and disclose relevant conditions on your intake form.

Certain enhancements (for example, hot stones, hot towels, and deep tissue pressure) are contraindicated in some situations, including pregnancy. Your therapist will adapt the session to work safely within your needs.

Professionalism & draping

All sessions are strictly therapeutic. Clients remain fully draped at all times; only the area being worked on is uncorrected, and you undress only to your level of comfort. Requests for sexual services will end the session immediately, are billed in full, and result in a permanent ban from the clinic.

Clients under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to consent and to be present in the treatment room for the entire session.

Accessibility

We aim to make this website usable for everyone and to accommodate accessibility needs at the clinic. If you have trouble using any part of this site, or need help with entry, positioning, or communication during a session, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
