Chronic pain and muscular tension
Persistent low back, neck, and shoulder pain is often maintained by sensitized tissue and guarded movement patterns rather than a single injury. Sustained pressure, myofascial work, and cupping reduce that guarding, restore glide between tissue layers, and give the nervous system a reason to lower its threat response. Most clients notice range of motion improves before soreness fully disappears - that is normal, and it is the change that matters.
