For years, our practice in Rexburg, Idaho was known as HYH Wellness - short for Help Yourself Heal. In 2026 we rebranded as Teton River Massage Therapy. The name is new. The therapists, the rooms, and the standard of care are not.
The rebrand
Why we became Teton River.
HYH Wellness was founded on a simple idea: that the people of Eastern Idaho deserved bodywork that actually helped them heal - honest, skilled, and aimed at real results. The acronym stood for Help Yourself Heal, and it shaped every decision we made, from how we trained to how we wrote our intake forms.
As the practice grew, so did our clientele - and the name no longer matched the experience. HYH left too much to the imagination. Clients deserved a name that signaled, at a glance, the level of craft and professionalism waiting for them inside the room.
So in 2026 we became Teton River Massage Therapy. The Teton River is the quiet constant of this valley - refined by time, unhurried, and unmistakably of this place. It is the standard we hold ourselves to: composed, precise, and worth the trip.
